Few lottery players remember, but LottoGo used to be called World Lottery Club (WLC). It was one of the biggest lottery betting websites – placing a wager or bet, on the winning number of a lottery draw – and in June 2018 Annexio rebranded it completely to LottoGo. This massive upgrade to a modern platform is welcome and encouraged other online agents to follow. I was fortunate to play with the platform before it was officially released and was pleasantly surprised by the leap it has made. Since then, a few years have gone by and I’m revisiting LottoGo for the first time in 2021 to see how they stack up with newer websites.
Annexio, the company that owns and operates the website, is well respected and trustworthy within the gaming niche. It has a spotless record, multiple licenses and rare transparency. I review the company in the legitimacy section but knowing the company for this many years, I can say my expectations are high.
I welcome players who want to jump right in and enjoy exclusive offers to do so.
This Is Why You Want To Give LottoGo a Try
Before we dive in and list all the features of LottoGo, here are a few reasons to try them out:
- Have an excellent reputation among real lottery players
- Users can buy tickets for EuroMillions and Lotto and place bets on other lotteries outcomes
- Offer syndicate shares in addition to bets
- Offer scratchcards, games, and live games in addition to betting on the lottery’s outcome and syndicates
- Licenses and regulated by four (!) gambling authorities: Jersey Gambling Commission, UK Gambling Commission, Irish National Excise Licence Office, and Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission
- Reward their players with generous promotions
- Developed an iOS app for loyal customers
REVIEW ASPECTS
When I reviewed LottoGo, just as I did with WLC and all other brands, I considered my list of review aspects. These aspects are my decision-makers for picking an online gaming website. This fixed list means that my reviews have a section that is unbiased and subjective. It also means you, a player, can compare brands and pick the one that is best for you.
These are the review aspects:
- Security – What technical security measures does LottoGo take to protect its players
- Products – Which lotteries and games LottoGo’s software offer
- Features – Which game features LottoGo’s platform uses to enhance players’ gaming experience
- Platform – How consistent is the experience on different devices. Screen size – from PC to phone – requires adjustments to match the use case
- Promotions – What bonuses new and existing players can claim. How do these offers compare to others?
- Banking – Which payment methods are available, and what are the deposit and withdrawal conditions
- Support – How visitors to LottoGo can get in touch with customer support and how they can self cater in case they have a question or issue
My review includes two more sections – legitimacy, alternatives and player type. These are my personal impression an thoughts on the above review aspects.
Security Measures
The first check for any website is its SSL certificate. If there’s a lock symbol next to the site’s URL in the browser’s address bar. The lock means that all communication between the player’s computer and LottoGo’s is encrypted and hidden to anyone else.
LottoGo is using Cloudflare’s certificate. It is a globally known company with many products related to cybersecurity.
Different websites require specific grade SSL certificates. A blog wouldn’t require as strong of security as a website that manages users and accepts payments. I use SSL Labs tool for testing the strength of encryption. LottoGo’s Grade is A+, which is perfect and higher than the required minimum.
Product and Games
I played WLC’s platform and reviewed it carefully when it first came out. I did the same after the rebranding and renaming to LottoGo. It seemed great in 2018, but it’s time to give it a second and closer look. It was the next evolutionary step of WLC, but the current site should be the next step for LottoGo. In the last few years, the new platform had the time to properly mature – visually and technically. The competitive landscape has changed and LottoGo better adapt.
LottoGo has a modern platform that is integrated with different game providers. This means they can add many game types, and they do.
Lotteries and betting on the draw outcome
The Jackpots section should be well developed and include the most popular jackpots. After all, this is a lottery-betting-first website. The list of 20 Jackpots you can bet on includes jackpot US Powerball, Mega Millions, Cash4Life, Daily Million, Irish Lotto, Euromillions, UK Lotto, Eurojackpot, Polish Lotto, 6AUS49, Swedish Lotto, SuperEnalotto, El Gordo De Navidad, El Nino, El Gordo De La Primitiva, Super Sunday, French Lotto, The Monday Million, and Supercar Lotto. These are some of the most known lotteries, but the list is lacking… some of the best online lottery agents offer over 30 lottery games.
You can buy tickets for EuroMillions and Lotto.
Scratchcards
In the scratch section/tab there are 50(!) games. This is one of the biggest game selections of all gaming websites. Some of the games are exclusive and only available at LottoGo, and this is a great value proposition.
The game list includes 100k Cash, Cops & Robbers, 777 Scratchcard, Cash Cuisine, Elephant Scratchcard, The Magic Lamp (*exclusive), Mighty 40, Euro Gold, Stars & Stripes, Big Bucks, Bonanza, Raid the Piggy Bank, Happy Life, Horseshoe Scratchcard, Join Club Premium, The Everlasting Scratchcard, Happy St Patricks Day, Stuffed With 100s, Hero Quest, Black Cyber, Pocket Filler, Hat Trick (*exclusive), Super Shamrock, Ocean Fortune, Euro Gold Lite, Stars & Stripes Lite, Big Bucks Lite, Fruity Flurry, Summer Spike, Double Chance ‘S’, Double Chance ‘M’, Double Chance ‘L’, Double Chance ‘XL’, 33 Chances, Feline Queen, Mega Holiday (*exclusive), Alchemist, Santa’s Workshop, Most Wanted: Range Rover Evoque, Fruit Basket, The Alchemist, Disco Disco, Zodiac Fortune, Crazy Chicken, BarnVille, Royal Charm, Lucky Keno, Mega Love, Dragon Scrolls, and Rio Bingo.
Games
This is basically a casino section of LottoGo. Within Games, there are five categories – slots, daily jackpots, live games, table, and instant win. Each category has tens and hundreds of games. LottoGo offer games of popular studios, such as Skillzzgaming, Microgaming, and Gluck.
Players looking for slots would find a decent selection to get started with.
Features
LottoGo is making an effort to serve non-English speaking lottery players with translations to a few languages. It translated the website to these languages English, Zhongguo, Deutsch, Suomen/Finish, Polski/Polish, Russian, Svenska/Swedish.
Gameplay Features
The lotto ticket/bet numbers pick is straightforward and simple. There’s the expected quick pick option, but other valuable features are missing. There’s no cart so you’ll need to complete each purchase individually, and there are no bundles. For a website that is based on the game of lottery, the experience isn’t in line with the top brands.
There’s the option of syndicate for some of the jackpots. You buy a share of 10 lines. Each share is one of fifty. This means you have ten times the winning odds but have to settle on the prize. It’s a great option for anyone who wants to go for the big prizes.
If your numbers are drawn, the prize is shared equally between the group, meaning lots of people could win at one time.
Platform Support
The LottoGo platform provides excellent software support with a responsive framework and HTML5 games support too. It is modern and polished.
In terms of cross-platform/screen support, the website is consistent.
Desktop
Design is very clean – black text on white background – with few images.
Mobile Web
Mobile was always a strong point for these guys, and so it is now. Each platform’s UI is tailored to users’ needs with no unnecessary elements. This is making the experience clean and intuitive. I would call it effortless. The stunning graphics and the navigable website not only work great on PC or Laptop devices but also on mobile devices. The user interface is quite good which makes it fully responsive to the user’s tablets and Smartphones. The games are available on Android and iOS devices and players can operate through the browser easily.
Mobile iOS App
Annexio developed an iOS app for iPhones and iPads that feel very much like a wrapper of the website. It means that visually and functionally the website and app are identical. There’s no reason to download the app other than convenience and closer communication with LottoGo – promotions, lottery results, etc.
Mobile Android App
The android app is no longer available on Google’s Play store. This is due to Google’s guidelines on gambling apps.
If you run a quick search on Google, you’ll find that the app is still available for download as a .apk file. You’ll download it from a third-party app store – one that is not operated and monitored by Google. Once you download the app, you’ll also need to install it, and it comes with some security risks. Personally, I download third-party apps when they are available directly from the service, and never through non-Google app stores.
Bonuses and Promotions
LottoGo offers one of the most attractive new player bonuses in the online lottery and lottery betting niche. It started with WLC and moved on to LottoGo. It is a special offer of EuroMillions tickets plus Free syndicate tickets plus 20 Scratchcards for only £2.50. Moreover, under their promotional offers, they are providing a 15% discount on 10 scratchcards that the players have bought from the site. Other than this, there are many welcome promotions, VIPs, Subscriptions and other types of promotions provided to the players.
Here are some of the featured bonuses in the promotional offers:
- Under the Welcome Promotion, the players receive free bets/ tickets but for that, they have to place one bet/ticket in order to be eligible for this promotional offer. The number of bets/tickets will be stated through promotional offers on the website.
- The players who are opting for the Subscription promotion will be able to receive a ‘free draw’ on their purchased bets. This offer is only limited to the first purchase, made by the player and not on their further purchases.
- The Scratchcards Prize Draw includes only the selected players. Here, the players have to provide one review on the site of LottoGo. The player who will be picked on a random basis with a selection of their review will receive a fixed number of scratchcards as a prize.
In the past, there was a VIP offer – players had to stake £5 to get one entry to the prize draw.
Banking Options and Terms
LottoGo accepts a variety of credit and debit cards. It includes various deposit and withdrawal payment options like Visa Credit and Debit Card, Bank Transfer and MasterCard. The withdrawals for games are processed by the site within 24 hours of time for the verified players.
Customer Support
There is an easy-to-navigate and query FAQ page that is also called the help centre. It is categorized for convenience, and these categories really do group issues to cover each extensively.
For anyone looking to reach customer support, there is a Contact Us form with a promise of a reasonable Service Level Agreement (SLA) of one day. More competing brands should state their expected reply time frame, just so their players would know when they should expect a resolution to their issue. Even the players can reach out to the site representative through their E-Mail support via [email protected].
The working hours of customer support representatives are from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. from Monday to Friday. On weekends and Bank holidays they close.
Is LottoGo Legitimate or Fraud? We Give It a Close Look
Each review of an online lottery betting website is comprised of several review aspects. Each review aspect is weighted in when its time to give an overall score, but lottery betting players are different, and so are their private considerations when they need to pick the next brand of lottery to play at. For this reason, knowing that the overall score might not suit those who just want to know if it’s safe to play at a specific brand or not, I also try to cover the security aspect in greater detail separately.
These are the review aspects I consider for the Legit Score:
- Valid license and ownership
- Service (betting or ticket carrier)
- Known real-life winners
- Relevant feedback from real-life players
- Suspicious technology used on the site
LottoGo is a complete revamp and re-brand of a well-known lottery betting website called WLC (World Lottery Club) that I reviewed its legitimacy some time ago. It officially launched on June 20th 2018. And had since grown in popularity and unsolicited reviews affirm that.
License and Ownership
As mentioned at the beginning, Annexio Limited is behind LottoGo, as it was behind WLC. The company is based in the Isle of Man, as does many other betting-related operations, and is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. If you look closely at the regulator’s website, you’ll see Annexio own several other gaming brands – all are lottery related. Choosing to issue a license with the UK comes with a stamp of approval that means meeting some very strict rules and regulations and having greater transparency. All are very strong indications of legitimacy. Also, since receiving its license in 2011 there were no recorded sanctions.

Type of service
LoggoGo, and all other of Annexio’s brands, is a lotto betting website. This means players are making a wager, or placing a bet, on the winning numbers of a specific lottery draw. LottoGo is not purchasing actual tickets against the wager, but use an insurance company to cover the win in case the amount is substantial. This is why the service is called lottery betting, as opposed to a lottery carrier service. This means LottoGo can accept wagers up to minutes before the actual lottery draw, offer any prize (boost low jackpots for example), and also, offer side games and bets – scratchcards and other instant win games.
Players’ feedback
WLC renamed their page on Trust Pilot to LottoGo. The real players gave positive feedback. They impressed me with their prompt response to criticism and any complaint. With more than 6,000 different reviews, the brand’s score is GREAT. Not an easy feat. LottoGo succeeded in keeping the same customer support service standard and their score has kept the same through the years. What I personally love most is that LottoGo is quick to respond and address any issue raised on Trust Pilot and other 3rd party service review websites. There will always be players who are unhappy and their willingness to address any issue in public is remarkable. Well done!
Technology used
LoggoGo’s platform is an ever-evolving one. They keep adding features and game types, something that gives extra incentive to stay with them. In terms of security, the website uses an SSL certificate that is issued by Cloudflare (see the results on SSL Shopper) – it is always good to see the name of the owner matching on all sources. In terms of intent and record, using a number of testing tools, there were no indications of fraud or any malicious and unsafe content. Annexio is taking the needed precautions to keep its players safe from harm.
Which Are the Best Alternatives to LottoGo?
If you’re looking for another brand to play at, LottoGO has some alternatives you can’t go wrong with. Two of the highest-ranking online lottery agents on my top list are Lotto Agent and The Lotter. Both offer an improved lottery experience – buying a ticket and lotto variety – and outstanding records with real players.
To Which Lottery Player is LottoGo For?
If you’re a lottery player, but like to play lottery-style and slot games, you’ll get exactly what you like. The number of side games is huge and anyone who likes playing slots would find the most popular games.
Summary
It is not every day I revisit a high profile brand I first reviewed before it even launched. This page will continue to follow LottoGo regularly in the weeks and months to come. The LottoGo gains a score of 9/10 from the industry experts who find the brand as justifiable and trustworthy as its sister brands.
Moreover, the company that operates and owns it i.e. Annexio takes important steps to keep the financial and personal information of their users safe and secure. They do it with the use of encryption technology. They even offer remarkable promotional offers on a weekly basis that players can find on their marketing site. The jackpot promotions can help the players to win a good amount of money and their payment and withdrawal options are easily applicable.
Pros / Cons
- Trustworthy brand with years of positive reviews
- Exceptional player support – payment methods and languages
- An attractive offer for new players and a loyalty scheme for existing players
- Additional games - lottery and casino - for anyone looking to experiment
