For this review, other than auditing the website and application, I paid extra attention to real user reviews on Google’s Play Store. There are thousands of opinions that give a pretty accurate image of the app’s functionality and performance. Having an app on Google’s platform is a strong sign of trust as they have a threshold to meet and regulations to develop by.
My Rajshree’s biggest challenge is coming from top online lottery brands who now focus on India based players. Brands show their attention by supporting language and payment methods. For example, these brands also have mobile apps Lotto Agent, Lotto Smile, and Lotto Kings.
My Rajshree REVIEW ASPECTS
Lotteries and Software
The app is a native one and not a wrapping of a mobile website. It was designed and developed to answer the need for mobile device lottery players who are interested in Indian lotteries.
One of the platform’s biggest strengths is the language support. Few online operations offer language support for Marathi and Punjabi in addition to the expected English and Hindi.
Another unique strength is state compliance. The app is relevant to local lottery players from Maharashtra, Punjab, Goa, and West Bengal.
Mobile Support
My Rajshree App is available on Google’s Play Store and it is very popular on it. It is also available as an SDK download on different sites.
It is simple in nature and UI, but on the other side, compatible with many Android versions. The lean visuals allow a similar experience across multiple screen sizes.
Promotions
Users of the app are redeeming a pre-paid card bought on retail stores. For this reason, it doesn’t offer promotions as of now. This is something that seems to develop with the different versions.
This is a big con for many players. Bonuses and promotions allow players to buy more tickets with the same amount.
Banking
The application does seem to evolve over time to include more and more wallet functionalities. Hopefully, in the near future completing a purchase from start of finish would be possible. As it is now, My Rajshree App players interested in buying a lottery ticket has to purchase a Cash Card. Retailers offering the card are accepting Debit cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and different e-wallets.
Customer Support
There’s an FAQ section on the website for registered users and those who are inquiring before joining. It is pretty complete and friendly.
If there’s an issue or question that isn’t part of the FAQ page, there’s a Contact Us page, and also a Support System overly that is available throughout the site. The support system requires filling in several fields, but there’s an email address for free form messages to Customer Support.
Is My Rajshree App legit or fraud?
Being an app that is available on the Play Store is a trust icon of itself. When I dug a little deeper – reading real user comments on Google’s app platform – I found the app to be legitimate. It scored high and reviews reflect the star rating. There are no major complaints and users of the app are pleased.
The owner of the app, Skill Lotto Solutions PVT, comments back to users and is very involved on the app’s page. This is also considered an indication of legitimacy.
Skill Lotto Solutions was incorporated in 1991 (!). A lottery operation that is active for such a long time is most likely trustworthy. Note, I was looking for a website of the company, but only found Sugal & Damani’s website.
CONCLUSION
There are little options for mobile players who want to play Indian lotteries on their mobile device through a native app, but this low competition environment doesn’t reflect the app. It delivers just what it promises on a very legitimate platform by Google. I’m hoping for even more of the purchase funnels to be completed over the app, and it does seem to happen with newer version release.
There are few alternatives for Indian lottery players who need an online service. Due to the increasing interest in online lottery in India, I’ve put together a list of top 10 online lottery sites in India.
