The website uses a valid SSL certificate by Cloudflare. This means the all communication between the player’s device and RichPrize’s servers is secured and encrypted. This is the standard for content focused and e-commerce websites. Not using an HTTPS secured connection is a negative sign more than using one is a positive sign.

Product and Games

As I mentioned, most brands I review have lottery games, and some have scratchcards. RichPrize is much broader – good for someone looking to experiment with game types, and bad for someone looking for the best lottery experience – in terms of the games it has on offer.

Games section is the site’s main attraction, and there are about 800 (!) games to choose from. In this section, there are game categories. Virtual sports is a sports simulator you can wager on its results. It a complete game of chance, there’s no experience or knowledge you can use to gain an edge.

TVBet is a live betting section that never seems to be active. I’ve tried it on several occasions on different hours of the day.

Sports betting is the option of placing a wager on the result of a sporting event. There’s not much to say about it.

Pilot is a game that is becoming more and more popular in recent years. There’s an animated paper plane that lifts off from the ground, and the higher it raises before flying away there’s a greater multiplier. The challenge is to cash out before the plane flies away.

Features

There are few features as there are no lottery draws to buy tickets of. The most interesting feature is the demo option for each game – not only for the lottery games. It means you have the chance to try out a game before placing a real money wager.

Platform Support

There’s little to comment here. RichPrize is using a modern platform for its lobby and games, and it shows. There are multiple screen points, and the website is responsive to fit any – PC to small smartphones. The experience is excellent, regardless of the device.

Mobile App

RichPrize has an Android app, but it is not available on Google’s Play store. It means you have to download the app – it’s in a .apk file – and install it manually. If you’ve read the above sections, you know that RichPrize looks solid. In this aspect, things unhinge. There’s a contact us page at the site’s footer, and not at the header as most have it. This is a minor flag. The contact page doesn’t say much. There’s an email address, but nothing more – no contact form or phone number. I’m missing availability days and hours or any commitment for a response time. The email address listed on the site is [email protected].

There’s a live chat feature with a quick response time – a representative replied within less than a minute. I didn’t get answers to the hard questions – where is the company registered and why the license isn’t valid.

Is Richprize Legitimate or Fraud?

This is a tricky question. There are some red flags – poor customer support and unclear ownership and license – but nothing suggests fraud. Unfortunately, there are no positive signals. The brand launched recently, and there are no real user reviews to rely on.

I’ll revisit this review in a few more months and revise if anything changes. In the meanwhile, consider the pluses and minuses and play at your own risk. If you do decide on registering and depositing, start slow and low.
