This is a first, usually online lottery brands – those who allow lottery betting or lottery ticket carrying – don't have apps at all. They put their attention at a responsive design that adjusts to the small screen smart phones uses to answer mobile users' need. My Rajshree is an application with a website, app first, online website second. It is the top alternative for mobile users who want to play Indian lottery.
For this review, other than auditing the website and application, I paid extra attention for real user reviews on Google's Play Store. There are thousands of opinions that give a pretty accurate image of the app's functionality and performance. Having an app on Google's platform is a strong sign of trust as they have a threshold to meet and regulations to develop by.
A quick overview of My Rajshree App
- A native app that focuses on Indian lotteries… there are basically no suitable alternatives for app lovers.
- Provides a solution for lottery players that meets the Indian regulations that are set per state.
- Being on Google's Play Store for years is, by itself, a strong trust indicator.
- Language: English.
- Payment options: Cashcard.
- Customer support: contact form, direct email address, phone number, live chat.
My Rajshree App score: 4/5
While My Rajshree has little competition, in the online lottery niche in general, it does provide a good and trust worthy service. Could be a little more polished in terms of design, but I'm a little nit picking.
Lotteries and Software
The app is a native one, this is not a wrapping of a mobile website, and this is something that is shown throughout. It is designed and developed to answer the need of mobile device lottery players who are interested in Indian lotteries.
My Rajshree App is available on Google's Play Store and it is very popular on it. It is simple in nature and UI, but on the other side, compatible with many Android versions.
The app is mostly used by redeeming a card bought on retailers, so it doesn't offer promotions as of now. This is something that seem to develop with the different versions.
The application does seem to evolve over time to include more and more wallet functionalities. Hopefully, in the near future completing a purchase from start of finish would be possible. As it is now, a purchase of the Cash Card used can be made using Debit cards, Credit Cards, Net Backing, and e-Wallets with different retailers.
There's an FAQ section on the website for registered users and those who are inquiring before joining. It is pretty complete and friendly.
If there's an issue or question that isn't part of the FAQ page, there's a Contact Us page, and also a Support System overly that is available throughout the site. The support system require filling in several fields, but there's an email address for for free form messages to Customer Support.
Is My Rajshree App legit or fraud?
Being an app that is available on the Play Store is a trust icon of itself. Digging a little deeper, by reading real user comments on Google's app platform, I found the app to be legitimate. It scored high and reviews reflect the star rating. Users of the app are pleased and there are no major complaints.
The owner of the app, Skill Lotto Solutions PVT, comments back to users and is very involved on the app's page. This is also considered an indication of legitimacy.
There are little options for mobile players who wants to play Indian lotteries on their mobile device through a native app, but this low competition environment doesn't reflect to the app. It delivers just what it promises on a very legitimate platform by Google. I'm hoping for even more of the purchase funnels to be completed over the app, and it does seem to happen with newer version release.
For users who's needs are answered by this service, there's no other way to go and no real reason to look for alternatives. Enjoy!
